Lonnie Moody just left our house, and I couldn't be more impressed by him or happier with the work. He is professional, personable and knowledgeable. The whole process from start to finish exceeded my expectations, and the price was reasonable. I shared with him that I had called two plumbers on recommendations before I called BF, and both were no-shows on the days of the appointments. I saw the BF truck on the road and thought 'why not?' and called, and I'm so glad that I did. Five stars for Lonnie and for Benjamin Franklin.
Rad was a great technician. He was efficient, communicative, and helped us get the best deal. Since I was not home at the time of inspection, another family member was; he called me for authorization for each step. He also notified me of the cost before working. I appreciate his services and we will continue to work with him until our plumbing situation is resolved.
We have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for many years. Since the first time Mike Basnite came on a call, we specifically requested him. He is very good at what he does, is professional, honest, and friendly. All repairs and services he has provided have been of the highest quality. Today, we had both faucets and hoses for our washing machine removed and replaced, as well as inspection of all plumbing and hot water heater maintenance. Mike and Ryan were great at explaining everything they were going to do, the cost, and then once the work was completed, they explained how to use the new faucets, tested the washing machine to ensure it all functioned and showed us there were no leaks.

Mike is AWESOME! Best experience I have had with any company & definitely will keep as a go-to company for future items! We needed a new toilet installed as we are upgrading items and Mike came in fully ready to jump in! I've already scheduled him for a return date to complete some more items for our upgrade! I am so happy we chose this company! The service was top-notch, from the first phone call to schedule to the job being finished. Tyler came (early!) to replace our water heater and I was thoroughly impressed by his knowledge and kindness.
